Gentoo wikiの見落としがちだけど重要なところ。

If media-sound/pulseaudio is installed with the daemon USE flag enabled, then:
Turn it off in /etc/pulse/client.conf set autospawn = no. Remove any ; at the beginning of the line.
Disable daemon via configuration by editing /etc/pulse/daemon.conf and change 'daemonize' to daemonize = no. Remove any ; at the beginning of the line.

/etc/pulse/client.conf の 「; autospawn = Yes」 → no して先頭の「；」を削除
/etc/pulse/daemon.conf の 「; daemonize = no」 → 先頭の「；」を削除

これをやっておかないとデバイスの認識が不安定になる。


補足:2022年3月時点でCalculateLinuxではpipewire-0.3.45_p20220205がデフォルトになっている。
Gentooでの安定バージョン0.3.36ではブラウザ（firefox、chrome等）で動画再生中にオーディオデバイス切り替えが出来ない。
